Shipping

We deliver New Zealand-wide at the following rates. All shipping is tracked.

  • Local (Wanaka, Albert Town, Hawea, Luggate, Cardrona): FREE

  • Local Outer (Queenstown, Cromwell, Alexandra): $7.70

  • South Island: $10

  • North Island: $15

  • Rural Delivery: An additional $5

Signature-required delivery can be arranged upon request; please message or email us.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an ‘Order Fulfilled’ email with the tracking information. You will also receive an email from our postage provider with these details too.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Urban Delivery: 3-5 working days

  • Rural Delivery: 4-6 working days

Please note that we take no responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We endeavor to ship all orders within 2 business days of confirmation. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays for any reason. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

It is your responsibility to select the correct shipping option at checkout. If you select an incorrect option, we will contact you to confirm your details and any outstanding fees, which may delay your order.

Local Delivery

We offer FREE delivery in our local area, which includes Wanaka, Albert Town, Hawea, Luggate, and Cardrona.

We endeavor to deliver locally within 3 days; however, there may be times when this is not possible. If you require your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us.

Occasionally, we may also offer free delivery to other areas, such as Queenstown, Cromwell, and Alexandra. We will communicate these opportunities on our Instagram page. Feel free to message or email us to inquire about additional delivery options.

Please feel free to leave us delivery instructions in the ‘Leave Us A Note’ section at checkout. Once your order has been delivered you will receive an ‘Order Fulfilled’ email.

Pick-Up

If you’re passing through the Cardrona Valley and wish to pick up your order, you are welcome to do so by prior arrangement. Please select ‘Pick Up’ as the shipping option at checkout.

After placing your order, please reply to your order confirmation email with your travel plans, and we will coordinate a time for you to collect your order from the farm.

Once you have collected your order you will receive an ‘Order Fulfilled’ email.
