Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We accept no responsibility or liability if we are unable to supply any products ordered for any reason. If you have been charged, we will issue a refund within 3 business days.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. All prices stated on our website are in NZD and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Shipping

We only ship within New Zealand. Rural delivery incurs an additional charge. All shipping is tracked.

  • Urban delivery timeframe: 3-5 working days

  • Rural delivery timeframe: 4-6 working days

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We endeavor to ship all orders within 2 business days of confirmation; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays for any reason. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we accept no responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

As the customer, it is your responsibility to select the correct shipping option at checkout. If you select an incorrect option, we will contact you to confirm your details and any outstanding fees, which may delay your delivery.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for products if you change your mind. However, if your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the items and their packaging. We will replace the damaged items at no additional shipping cost to you.

To qualify for a replacement, please ensure the following:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order (including photographs).

  • The items are in their original packaging when you provide photographs.
