The Classic Hot Toddy

The Branch Creek take on the classic Hot Toddy!

Ingredients:

• 7.5mls (1/2 shot) freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 1 tsp Branch Creek Honey

• 30mls (double shot) whisky- our favourite is Cardrona Distillery’s single malt

• 100mls boiling water

• Lemon wedge and cinnamon stick (to garnish)

Method:

Add lemon juice, honey and whisky to a glass or mug. Add boiling water and stir until the honey dissolves. Add the lemon wedge and cinnamon stick to garnish.
