Creamed Clover Blend Honey | 250g
Single-Source Clover Blend Honey – carefully creamed to perfection.
Creamed Clover Blend Honey is a beloved staple in Kiwi kitchens. A beautifully smooth texture and delicate, creamy taste make it absolutely perfect for spreading on toast! It also serves as an excellent alternative to sugar in baking and cooking or as a natural sweetener in both hot and cold beverages.
Our Creamed Clover Blend Honey has received numerous awards over the past four years, most recently earning a Gold Medal at the 2024 Outstanding Food Producer Awards. The judges commented that they loved the flavour and taste.
We process our Creamed Honey with great care, ensuring it’s not heated to extreme temperatures or pasteurized. This ensures the honeys natural goodness is not lost while controlling the natural granulation. To learn more about the creaming process, visit our blog post, "From the Hive to the Jar."

Our honey is Single-Source, meaning it comes exclusively from beehives on our family farm, Branch Creek Station.
It’s a Clover Blend, with our bees primarily foraging on the White Clover flowers in our pastures. However, you’ll also experience unique flavors from other flora found throughout the Cardrona Valley, including Vipers Bugloss (Borage), Willow, Matagouri, and occasionally small amounts of Manuka and Kanuka. These native and introduced plant species contribute to our honeys gorgeous golden color and its sweet yet tangy aroma. While our hives remain in the same locations, each season brings slightly different harvests—honey is much like wine in that regard!
